The project Collection I is part of the program COINs. Here 12 projects are going to be realized in four stages over 5 years. The ConVista-team together with the AXA-team carried out the technical conception, the technical realization and supported the test and production preparation up to the follow-up phase.

ConVista coached the total project management in all phases of the project and lead the external employees.

A challenge besides the balance and mediation between GPL and technical PL was the integration of external employees from two insurance companies into one heterogeneous team. Also very challenging was the on-time provision of external employees of certain skill stages, particularly because of unforeseeable resource shortages. Due to the steady ConVista-internal controlling the provision of capacities could be guaranteed on time. Through an internal Kick-Off and further trainings a new developed conception method could be communicated and applied.
