ALICE implementation - a solution for tied agents

Creation of business and technical blueprints for employee business and commercial insurance in msg.ALICE.

Daimler AG´s financial services company undertook a comprehensive design project for the implementation of msg.ALICE.

The objective was to write a blueprint covering detailed business and technical requirements for the replacement of the legacy system by msg.ALICE for company pensions, general insurance and commercial insurance.

ConVista Consulting played a major role in the following areas: product and policy management, SAP PI interfacing, document management and reporting and sub-ledger, as well as taking on a role as the joint project manager .
