Review of the existing SAP application landscape and its architecture in terms of the migration to the integrated SAP for Insurance solution

To prepare the mapping of business processes in an integrated SAP for Insurance solution, the SAP application landscape and its architecture have been analyzed. The objective was to review the existing implementation strategy and to identify any show-stoppers.

The following SAP modules, as well as their integration capability with SAP FS-PM, were part of the analysis: CRM, FI, BP, FS-CD, and ICM. Together with the customer, ConVista has gathered the essential technical and architectural cruces and developed a design for a fully integrated solution. These results were summarized in a final implementation and migration strategy.

Key factors in the success of the project have been ConVista’s long-time experience, and the detailed knowledge of our consultants of SAP solutions, Business Partner, Customer Relationship Management, Financial Accouting/NewGL, Incentive and Commission Management, Solution Manager, as well as the SAP for Insurance products Policy and Product Management and Collections and Disbursements.
