First of all, ConVista is a SAP Service Partner. This programme includes high performance partners, who can successfully implement the SAP Business Suite for SAP customers. Service Partners support customers with their selection, implementation and operation of SAP products. Partners possess many years of SAP experience.
Special Expertise Partner for Insurance
Partner organisations taking part in the Programme for Service Partnerships have proven their exceptional expertise for particular SAP products or industry solutions. During the qualification process, ConVista showed exceptional expertise in the area of SAP for Insurance. This again underlines the fact that ConVista is an exceptionally reliable service provider for the implementation of standard SAP products.
Special Expertise Partner for Financials
The Special Expertise Partner recognition provides SAP customers an overview of particularly competent partners in different subject areas. ConVista is one of the 15 companies selected. With this award, ConVista proves that we are is a trustworthy service partner in designing, implementing and integrating SAP solutions, and a strategic Business Consultant as well as an optimizer of business processes.
SAP Software Solution Partner
In addition to being certified as a SAP Service Partner, ConVista was also awarded the title of Software Solution Partner for the first time in 2009. In order to receive this accreditation, applicants need to fulfil the condition that their solutions are built on a NetWeaver platform. It is a requirement that integrated products, which significantly complement and enhance the SAP Business Suite solution, are marketed. Once qualified SAP AG provides the software producers with defined standard interfaces. Organisations can develop their own add-ons by using these interfaces, enabling integration into existing SAP solutions.
INNOVATIONS
Prize for IT Innovation
Sponsored by the German Department of Economics and Technology, this is an award for the most innovative IT solutions amongst medium sized companies. Thanks to this annual award, the Prize for IT Innovation Initiative promotes innovative
products suitable for medium sized businesses.
In 2009 ConVista successfully launched C-ENS, an innovative tool to model business processes in the category ‘Business Process Management (BPM)’.
C-ENS Business Engineering is a new tool for configuring business models and pro-cesses. In contrast to traditional modelling tools, C-ENS focuses on the business system model.

For several years ConVista has been awarded one of the top spots in the category organisations from 50 to 500 employees in this nationwide competition! This accolade indicates a certain quality and attractiveness as an employer. The competition
‘Germany´s Best Employer’ is run on an annual basis by the Great Place to Work® Institute in Germany and in co-operation with the New Quality for Work Initiative (INQA) from the Department of Work and Social Welfare.
Diversity Rules!
In 2008 the city of Cologne, together with an employment agency, started this competition for companies in Cologne, who recognise, encourage and make specific use of the diversity of their employees. It gives such organisations the chance to showcase
their activities in Diversity Management to the public and thereby to present themselves in a favourable light as being a company which is fair, values employees and does not discriminate.
