Is it worth implementing standard software?
VHV commissioned a Business Case Study as preparation for the decision on whether or not to invest in a new IT system for payment processing and commission management.
Under ConVista's management, information relevant to the decision was gathered from within the organisation, and, once this had been consolidated, a Business Case was produced. Both the group´s strategic direction and operative issues were analyzed. Go and no-go criteria for the implementation of standard software were assessed simultaneously. Based on the results, the management were in a position to make accurate decisions.
