ConVista and Faktor Zehn are planning to merge

It has been announced that ConVista Consulting AG, the SAP consulting house from Cologne, and Faktor Zehn AG, the IT service company from Munich, intend to merge under the umbrella of ConVista Consulting AG.

From this strategic move, both independently owned companies intend to significantly improve their service portfolio and market positions.

The Convista Group is already a leading international player in both process and IT consulting for the energy, financial services and telecommunications sectors. After the merger with Faktor Zehn, they will be at the forefront of the market – especially in the field of ‘SAP for Insurance’.

Faktor Zehn AG, also specializes in Java and Open Source Solutions. It will continue to offer in-house standard applications and consulting services as an independent subsidiary of ConVista Consulting AG under the label ‘Faktor Zehn’. All SAP services will be incorporated into the ‘ConVista’ brand.

Past collaborations between the two companies have proved successful and have displayed the benefits that will be gained by existing and future customers.
