ConVista expands its service offerings into Human Capital Management Consulting
In the fourth quarter of 2010 ConVista made a step into offering process and SAP consulting services in the area of Human Resources and related areas.

Bernd Höreth joined the ConVista as a new Associate Partner. He is now in charge of structuring this new line of services. With a diploma in engineering and a Master of Business Administration, his career started in Frankfurt at Coopers & Lybrand Unternehmensberatung, followed by BIK (a former system provider). Before joining ConVista, the 41-year-old worked at TDS IT Consulting GmbH for eleven years. There he was part of the management team, in the end responsible for SAP HCM Consulting.
'The themes in this area are diverse and thus so exciting.' says Bernd Höreth. His strategy is not only directed to customers’ needs, but also includes other external factors such as politics or present economic developments:
'Talent Management is currently one of the hot topics within the German political parties. A central question asked in Germany is whether we have enough experts to fill our jobs and secure our future or not. I’m already publishing an opinion paper around this topic to introduce our new service to the community in Germany.' he explains.
The allocation of the new service offering of ConVista is influenced by the long-standing partnership with SAP. 'Talent Management' is divided into Recruiting, Career and Succession Management, Enterprise Learning or Employee Performance Management. 'Workforce Process Management' gets structured into Employee Administration, Organizational Management, Benefits Management, Time and Attendance, Payroll and Legal Reporting and HCM Processes and Forms. 'Workforce Deployment' will concentrate on the areas of Project Resource Planning and Resource and Program Management. The consultants of ConVista will enhance this offering with their expertise in the design of a digital personal file based on SAP RM.
