ConVista is once again one of "Germany's Best Workplaces!"

ConVista achieves an outstanding 8th place in the Great Place to Work Award run by the German magazine "Handelsblatt", making them one of the top 10 best employers in Germany.
The Great Place to Work Award run by the “Handelsblatt” selects Germany´s best employers. In the category - organizations with 50-500 employees - ConVista Consulting AG ranked an exceptional 8th place.
“This proves that despite the considerable growth we have undergone over the last few years, we were able to retain an organizational culture where open communication plays a significant role. This cannot be taken for granted and that makes us proud”, said Chief Executive Officer, Wolfgang Albers. “This is our third time in the competition for the employers’ award Great Place to Work and we made a huge leap forward. In the first year, 2007, we managed to get under the top 50 and last year we came in at an improved 16th place. Despite the economic pressures ConVista has showed that our excellent relationship with our employees – the organizational culture – is a quality which can also prevail during a financial and economic crisis. We have managed to make this massive leap into the top 10 organizations (with 50-500 employees).“
“For us this fantastic ranking also means we have a responsibility to ensure that we remain an attractive employer and improve even more“, explained Oliver Kewes, Director for Human Resources, ConVista Consulting AG.
