ConVista is one of "Germany's Best Employers 2009"
In this nationwide competition ConVista has achieved 16th position in the category for organisations with 50 to 500 employees!

The award is given for exceptional quality and attractiveness as an employer and was presented by the Great Place to Work® Institute in Germany in the presence of the Minister of Work Olaf Scholz during a big premier gala in Berlin.
The annual survey and competition „Germany´s Best Employer“ was conducted by the Great Place to Work® Institute, Germany in co-operation with the Initiative Neue Qualität der Arbeit (INQA) - (the Initiative for New Quality at Work) from the Department of Work and Social Affairs.
ConVista had previously conducted an anonymous, but extensive survey amongst its employees regarding workplace issues such as the quality of management and co-operation, career perspectives and job satisfaction. The practical and conceptual measures regarding human resource management within the company were also evaluated.
The integration of a 180° survey was introduced this year. Every colleague had the opportunity to evaluate their own manager and to give direct feedback.
All colleagues belonging to ConVista branches across the globe (Switzerland, Slovakia, Great Britain, USA, South Africa and Japan) were included in the survey.
The results of the internal survey speak for themselves: 99 % of all German employees said that it is „fun to work at ConVista“ and 100% stressed that „the atmosphere is friendly“. 99 % of participants confirmed that ConVista „is a very good employer to work for!”
The achievement of such an award represents credibility, respectful and fair co-operation between management and employees, it also shows that employees feel a strong sense of job identification and proves there is a strong team spirit within the organisation. Great Place to Work® surveys on quality and attractiveness of employers are conducted in 36 different countries.
This year, 257 various sized organisations, from all sectors and regions took part in the Great Place to Work® Institute survey to assess their quality and attractiveness as an employer; over 77,000 employees were surveyed.
In 2007 ConVista took part in this benchmark study for the first time. At that time the organization was successfully named as being one of the fifty best employers in Germany. In order ensure that feedback from the survey was adequately incorporated into everyday work life, management decided not to participate in the competition the following year. This led to numerous suggestions being implemented, for example, offering employees private accident insurance and foreign medical insurance, not only for business purposes but also for private trips, as soon as they join the organisation. We also agreed to financially support a Sport-AG. Following the implementation of these and other measures the organisation participated once again in the competition in 2008.
The results once again prove that the human resources strategy at ConVista is a great success. In this organization the ethos is that consulting is for people, by people. For this reason the international consulting company will continue focusing on investing in the development, training and motivation of its workforce.
