ConVista Consulting continuously pursues the goal of internalization and improvement of its technical competences by sticking to a consequent near-shore-strategy. The company succeeded in evolving its business in Eastern Europe by merging with Creative 4U.

The Hungarian consulting company is specialized in the implementation and support of business workflows, document management and archiving solutions based on SAP R/3 application environments or SAP-NetWeaver-platforms. Since 2002, the team of Creative 4U has successfully established itself in the Hungarian market, but is also very active in the whole CEE region and Northern Europe.

Influenced by corresponding practical experiences, the accredited Service Partner of SAP Hungary concentrates on designing, realizing and customizing SAP solutions on the following areas

• automatic incoming document handling processes

• interactive approval workflows

• document and data archiving systems

• individual and mass-printing scenarios

In 2009 Creative 4U Co., Ltd. has become a Kofax Certified Solution Provider.

The company has invested significantly in developing its own internal IT infrastructure, including the operation of a server farm running the ever-current SAP software versions. This allows the consultants and developers to learn, develop and test the latest SAP products and technologies.

The founders Imre Hegedüs, Gubi Zoltán and Domján Attila have both many years of technical expertise combined with a profound know-how. “Our solutions have helped to increase the efficiency of Hungarian medium and large sized enterprises in industries such as utilities, energy, banking and finance, etc. So our key competences supplement the ConVista-portfolio perfectly” explains Imre Hegedüs. “We are really looking forward combining our competences with ConVista.”

From September 1st, Creative 4U will be a fully owned subsidiary of ConVista. The three founders will stay directors. In addition, Laszlo Kaploczki, Managing Partner of ConVista in Vienna, will join this management circle.
