Consolidation of Strategic Business Units

Integration of T-Com and T-online's business and remuneration models into T-Mobile's operational FS-ICM system.

The convergence of business areas and the need to implement similar, future-proof technology led to the integration of data from all Deutsche Telekom AG business units into T-Mobile´s existing ICM system. In addition to the technical integration and the integration of new policy and order systems, the main task was to provide consulting services and to combine the different remuneration strategies and models. Update: we are currently pursuing the "one brand strategy" and supporting the productive system.

ConVista was able to ensure the success of the project, thanks to the extensive experience of our consultants and their in-depth knowledge of the SAP solutions "Incentive and Commission Management", "Business Partner", "Customer Relationship Management", and "Financial Accounting (FI) / NewGL".
