Convista Consulting and Fact S.L. unite their strengths!

Convista Consulting gets a step closer to the goal of becoming an internationally leading specialist for introduction of SAP solutions. The enterprise has succeeded in uniting its business in Southern Europe with the Spanish consulting firm Fact S.L. Spain.

ConVista is a consulting company with its Head Office in Germany. With about 240 employees ConVista has specialized in the implementation of SAP industry solutions for insurance and utilities companies. ConVista is a Service Partner, Independent Software Vendor and Special-Expertise-Partner of the SAP AG. The company is currently represented in Germany, in Switzerland, in the United States, in Great Britain, in South Africa, in Japan, in Slovakia and in Austria.

Fact S.L. Spain focuses on the implementation of SAP modules for treasury- and risk management as well as on adjoining topics close to finance themes and their mapping in SAP components.

With about thirty employees the market is cultivated particularly in Spain, but also in Italy and other countries. Fact S.L. is a market leader in the implementation of FAM (CFM)/TRM on the Iberian Peninsula for insurance companies. Ten of eleven of the operating insurance companies using SAP are assisted by Fact SL. Also some of the leading Spanish industrial enterprises belong to the customers of the Fact S.L.

The companies ConVista Consulting und Fact S.L. Spain have accomplished to effectively unite their SAP competences. Fact S.L. is going to be renamed as ConVista Consulting S.L.
