The mission of Banco Santander is to create a unified and standardized Accountancy and Reporting for the Group Members.
ConVista Team significantly helped design and enhance the corporate platform and conducted the PMO in the Pilot Project in Germany in 2007 and since then managed the roll-out on site in Brazil, USA and Poland.
Apart from the cross-border Project Steering, ConVista also advised and supported the Organization in this fundamental transformation process by providing Process Redesign and Change Management Services.
From a technological point of view this is one of the largest SAP GL implementation projects worldwide, treating - in some cases more than 50 Million postings on the General Ledger per month
