Automated processing of legal cases

As part of a strategy to reduce outstanding debt, Generali/ Vienna asked ConVista to provide a solution for the automated legal process for the recovery of debt. The objective was to replace time-consuming manual tasks with an automated process. The project covered the blueprint and implementation of SAP and an interface to Lotus Notes, so that existing cases could be migrated into the new system.

ConVista was able to ensure the success of the project, thanks to the extensive experience of our consultants and their in-depth knowledge of the SAP solution "Business Partner" and "SAP for Insurance Collections and Disbursements".
