Implementation of SAP FI/CO within 13 months

The objective of this project was the implementation of a modernized accounting system for DEVK.

The integration of the new application into the system landscape of DEVK, in particular, was given top priority.

Key topics of this project were:

• Design and implementation of financial, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank accounting

• Development and implementation of a new chart of accounts with the use of additional account assignments

• Group-wide implementation of new cost centers and additional controlling account assignment objects

• Implementation of the tax balance sheet in the form of additional accounting

• Connection of all (30) relevant surrounding systems

• Implementation of the central interface processor ConVista Smart Gate

• Data migration from different legacy systems: data from Financial Accounting (items) and account payable / account receivable master data
