Payment Process in Mannheim (Germany´s "city of squares")

A centralised collections system was implemented for this insurer, located in Mannheim, for the product lines: life, medical, and accident insurance.

The following areas were part of the implementation: innovative solution standards such as payment plan-based cancellations, the rest of the SAP FS-CD standard functionality, complemented by the integration of CC gMahn for automated legal debt collection processes.
