FS-CM Implementation Review

Review of a productive FS-CM Implemention and Solution Design for the implementation of new products.

CIS had implemented SAP FS-CM and Eco-Systems for property and motor branches.

After Go-Live, CIS ordered a review to check efficiency and effectiveness of the implementation. ConVista successfully conducted this review of the productive FS-CM branches and gave according recommendations.

Furthermore, we have done process analyses and workshops for the implementation of new products.
