In this project ConVista supported SAP Australia in their sales activities.
Goals:
Blueprint and implementation of the largest SAP FS-CM demo for a large Australian insurer in collaboration with SAP Australia and SAP Asia.
Result:
ConVista had overall responsibility for setting up the demo. For car insurance, general insurance and liability ConVista implemented the complete process chain covering scenarios pre-defined by the customer. The implementation of these scenarios included product and process modelling, workflows, anti money laundering functionality, configuration and the development of interfaces between FS-CM and FS-CD, as well as the creation of services for a customer portal, integration of a service provider portal via the internet and SAP Business Process Management.
