Feasibility SAP FS-CD

Centralization made easy!

The R+V has several operational collections and disbursement systems, which are each interfaced to their individual policy and claims systems. The objective of the feasibility study was to prove that it would be possible to fully automate the standard insurance business by implementing SAP FS-CD, and to create a central hub for collection functions and to process complex policy and customer functionality cost effectively. The analysis included the complete functionality scope of FS-CD and all relevant R+V payment processes from the areas of life insurance, medical insurance, general insurance, and a benevolent fund.

ConVista was also asked to design scenarios for the future organisation, including their financial impacts in the form of a busienss case. Thanks to our Consultants' extensive implementation experience we were able to consider several best practices examples in the analysis. Finally, suggestions for project development were worked out - including project preparation, change management, project planning, and risk and success factors.
