The merger of HDI and Gerling required a homogenous application landscape for the management of premium collections, which provided a centralized customer view across all product lines.

This project was the pre-analysis phase and consisted of a feasibility study for the implementation of FS-CD based on the existing FS-CD system already implemented for life insurance. The following processes were covered for life insurance: collections, disbursements, policy loans, Riester pensions, premium deposits, intermediary business (broker) and co-insurance.

For general insurance, the following processes were included: collections, disbursements, direct and intermediary business and co-insurance (for both insurer and co-insurer).
