Implementation Riester collections, maintenance, and further development of SAP FS-CD

Riester collections using modern technology

In 2003, the Sparkassen Insurance planned to implement specialist functions (universal life) in the collections and disbursements system SAP FS-CD to manage their Riester policies and to ensure that these policies would be well managed. ConVista Consultants were asked to implement these special functions, because of their knowledge of the relevant business processes and their understanding of how to organise these processes with the new technology.

The contract included the overall blueprint for bonus payment management, the interfacing of the bonus payment management system Arvato, including all required interfaces, the implementation of the payment process, invoicing, and credit management. Following a successful implementation, ConVista was commissioned to undertake new development work and maintenance, including upgrades.
