In the worldwide biggest “SAP for insurance”-implementation project (administration of 20 mil. contracts) the ConVista Consulting AG supports with 35 consultants the implementation of the modules FS-PM, FS-CM as well as FS-ICM in the property, personal liability and accident insurance sector. ConVista with the strategic partner Faktor 10 with 4 project and 3 subproject managers has full responsibility for the successful integration of all SHU-products in the new standard software system.

Since 2007 ConVista has been operating in a leading role in the SHU-sector and has been supervising in the scope of the individual master developments and roll-outs the functional and technical realizations of the requirements of the different companies. The complex project structure (more than 90 on-going projects, 15+ years project duration) requires a systematic and comprehensive procedure in time and budget planning. An additional challenge for the project management is the communication between the areas of responsibility of ConVista and the client as well as the different projects and the decision makers. The ConVista project managers provide necessary project management competency in the sector „Implementation of SAP-systems for insurance companies“ so that these problems can be eliminated through foresighted appointment and cost planning.
