E.ON HVP – Implementation of BW Reporting based on CRM and IS-U

Support for the sub-projects Business Warehouse & Reporting, part of the overall project HVP (harmonization of sales, sales-related and network processes.)

The goal of the project was to consolidate all seven regional E.ON providers from the E.ON corporation into one standard process and systems environment, based on CRM, IS-U and BW.

The main challenges in the sub-project Business Warehouse & Reporting were to establish a suitable data model, which allowed the system to operate well when processing large volumes of data. The latest base release was used as well as the enhancement packages.

Data models were developed for the following areas: sales statistics and financial accruals, master data reporting, credit control, supplier and product change, customer contacts and marketing.
