Implementation of FS-CD for life insurance direct insurance

Achieving success step by step

On the agenda at the Mannheimer Insurance AG was the replacement of the legacy collections system for direct life insurance "mamax" and non-life insurance and legal insurance at the MVG with SAP FS-CD.

In order to help the Mannheimer project members become accustomed to the new collections system and to minimize the risk of an implementation as much as possible, ConVista recommended a phased approach to implementing SAP FS-CD. ConVista rejected a "Big Bang" approach. The phased approach proved to be the correct one, as, following a successful implementation of SAP FS-CD for premium collections "mamax", further products and organisations were integrated.
