Implementation of SAP FS-CD across the organisation

Lots of small steps make a big one.

After successfully integrating the direct life insurance system "mamax" with SAP FS-CD, the largest chunk of work followed, which was the integration of MVG with the SAP collections and disbursements system. Mannheimer employees and ConVista consultants were able to profit from the experience and knowledge gained during the first project, an advantage which accelerated the project and had positive effects on time and budget. In addition to premium collections, claims and commissions were also implemented into SAP FS-CD. Co-insurance (direct insurer and co-insurer) and broker business were also implemented. An optical archiving tool was integrated, in order to ensure that users had access to the most current documents.
