Implementation of SAP FS-CM and System Integration

Implementation of a new claims management system for several affiliated companies and the integration of interfacing systems

As part of the project smile.IP (smart multiple insurance-linked environment implementation project), SAP FS-CM was implemented for for multiple product lines at two affiliated companies of the Vienna Insurance Group.

To integrate the diverse surrounding systems and the Internet services, ConVista undertook system and process analysis, process design, software specifications, and Go-Live support. Daily, 1000 claims cases are transfered over the ConVista-designed interface and are processed in FS-CM.

ConVista was able to ensure the success of the project, thanks to the extensive experience of our consultants, and their in-depth knowledge of the SAP solution "SAP for Insurance Claims Management".
