Implementation of custom-tailored model for acquisition of master- and transaction data. Illustration of the relationship between employer and employee was given special importance. SAP FS-CD extended for customer-specific solutions concerning registration of pensioners as well as administration of pensions claims.

Purpose was to create India’s first fully computerized Social Security Organisation.
