Implementation review and support of IT support

Review of customizing, developments and interfaces and identifying optimization potential for branches property and credit insurance.

The customer ordered a Review of its productive SAP FS-CM implementation for branches property, building and credit insurance. In collaboration with a partner ConVista successfully conducted this review for the productive branches.

We identified optimization potential in customizing, interfaces and customer developments, and gave detailed recommendations, also for new internal product releases and change requests. Additionally, we conducted trainings for the internal project team.
