Implementation SAP FS-CD Phase I – III

New collections and disbursements system in 3 phases

The project was split into 3 stages in order to minimize risk and to make sure that SAP FS-CD was implemented efficiently.

In the first phase, the product "legal and home," a bundled product comprising the insurance types legal cover, liability insurance, and property insurance, was implemented. This phase also covered the migration of all 5.1 million business partners, as well as 160,000 postings and 4,500 reminders to the new system. The second phase covered the implementation of group insurance and other branches.

The final phase covered the migration of accident insurance. In all 3 phases, ConVista undertook the test management for ARAG, in addition to delivering the blueprint and the design.
