Leaders of the financial services market were informed at the first SAP Conference for Financial Services from March 22 to 23, 2011 in London on current themes and trends in the industry. In lectures and workshops, participants from 32 companies experienced how the complex processes of a global market are supported and portrayed in a reasonable manner through use of an SAP solution. In current case studies, industry experts and company representatives reported on their experiences in dealing with innovative questions and gave helpful support on the question of how management can succeed in meeting these high requirements in daily business.
The subject of innovation was especially in the foreground here. The focus here was not only on operational support in the fields of the front and back office, however, but also on optimizing them in a lasting manner. The international visitors experienced how complex bank process are integrated through several components and systems and, in addition, used to increase profit.
