Integration of the agent/broker database into FS-ICM

Replacement of the existing agent database (host application) and migration of data into the existing FS-ICM system

During the decommissioning of the host environment, data relating to agents and brokers that was stored across different systems was centralized.

The basic policy data stored in FS-ICM was enhanced with agreements which had only been maintained in the host environment up to that point, and this information was made accessible to the business department.

The migration of data was a particularly challenging area of the project, as it required a time-consuming analysis and co-ordination process.

The analysis for this review was carried out in the form of workshops and the results were presented in a management summary.
