After several years of operating a successful SAP FS-CD system in production, for premium collections, the Heidelberger Life Insurance AG decided to enhance the system to include disbursements to Brokers.

Following a successful implementation of SAP FS-CD, during which the Heidelberger Life Insurance AG trusted in the ConVista Consultants' expertise, it seemed logical to continue to utilize this know-how for the system maintenance, for further developments and for production support. Heidelberger Life AG then made the business decision not to train any more internal employees for FS-CD, FI, and SAP Basis, but to buy in this expertise from ConVista.
