Maintenance and enhancements to the FS-CD operational system
Regular adjustments to the operating SAP FS-CD system in line with new legal requirements.
In addition to the system enhancements made to the operating SAP FS-CD system following the introduction of new products, such as Riester pensions, the main focus of the project was on production support.
The predominant task was to produce the blueprint and implementation of new legal requirements and customer enhancements. ConVista supported the project from beginning to end, implementing the requirements in the SAP system, and provided expertise when it came to specific questions about SAP FS-CD and the payment processes area. A pivotal issue was ConVista´s ability to provide highly skilled experts at short notice.
