Merger of ConVista Consulting LLC with Virtusa

With the beginning of February the former US subsidiary ConVista Consulting LLC will join the Virtusa Corporation in Westborough, Massachusetts.

Virtusa Corporation is an US-American enterprise with offices in the United States, United Kingdom, India and Sri Lanka. The company (www.virtusa.com) is a global information technology services company. It employs 3.600 persons. The revenues are approx. 160 Mio Dollars.

From the point of view of the former American partners this decision means a reasonable, consistent next step after the “unbundling” from the Convista Consulting Group by the end of 2009.

The Convista Consulting Group with its affiliates is not affected by the merger. All ongoing activities will be finished as planned.
