Overall project management of five subprojects

ConVista executes the overall project management of the five subprojects in all phases of the project, starting with the conception phase up to the Go-Live respectively the migration and stabilization.

A challenge for the project management is the time and budget planning and the leading of the five subprojects in a team.

Especially a significant budget move from 2011 to 2012 and the resulting interruption of specific subprojects as well as the correction of time and budget planning require immense expenditure of energy.

An other challenge is the coordination with additional big projects that are running at the same time.
