WOLFGANG ALBERS is CEO of the group. After his studies in Business Management and Information Technology he had a leading position for various business consultancies. His consulting services mainly focus on the optimization of payments. Within ConVista Wolfgang Albers is responsible for Business Development as well as for the areas of Personnel and Infrastructure.

DONALD BROWNE is general manager of ConVista Consulting South Africa. After graduating his engineering studies at the University Stellenbosch he started a successful career at SAP Africa. There he already placed his main focus on the insurance industry. He has inter-sectoral expertise in the topics Solution Architecture and –Design as well as in Incentive-, Commission- and Sales Force Management processes.

ALBRECHT HOTZ is general manager of ConVista Switzerland. After his studies in Business Information Technology at the KV Zurich Business School he started as Junior Programmer at Swiss Life. There he soon moved up to the position of project manager in the field of FS-CD and after only eight years became a member of the higher management. Albrecht Hotz locally represents all services in the area insurances and is throughout the organization particularly responsible for the optimization of Payment processes, Quality Assurance and Test Management.

HEIKO HÜLSEBUSCH expanded his DV-knowledge after his diploma studies in Economics before he started as an Organization Programmer in the insurance. He played a leading role in the development of multiple insurance-related DV-systems until the total responsibility of the FS-CD development was handed over to him. His consulting focus lies on the procedural integration of SAP-modules.

LASZLO KAPLOCZKI as general manager is responsible for the development of the subsidiaries in Austria and Hungary. After his diploma studies in Information Technology at the Technical University Ilmenau he started at SAP AG as Junior Consultant and Developer in the field of FS-CD. Then he moved within SAP to Hungary and became Head of Product Management, later SAP Consulting Manager and subsequently Vice President Development. Laszlo Kaploczki locally represents the areas Consulting and Sales, the service offer Payments and Project Management and is throughout the organization particularly responsible for the cooperation with the companies from Central- and Eastern Europe.

OLIVER KEWES studied Business Management in Cologne and Tokyo with the focus on Accounting and Controlling after the vocational training as insurance salesman. After activities in Business Development- and Controlling of a leading German insurance corporation and the internal Audit- and Consulting firm of an international industry corporation he has been working as a business consultant in the insurance and IT sector since 1998. At ConVista Oliver Kewes represents the service offerings Management Accounting, Consolidation, Business Intelligence as well as the internal Ressort Personnel.

ALISTAIR MACDONALD is general manager of the subsidiary in Great Britain. He studied History and Politics at the University of Sheffield and completed postgraduate studies in Business Management. He gained his sector and IT know-how in various SAP-Insurance-Implementations in Germany and abroad. In the field of consulting he specialized in the optimization of payments.

THOMAS MÖLLER found his way to the business consulting sector in the area insurances after his studies in Automotive- and Industrial Engineering. After working for a medium-sized company for ten years he came to ConVista. He represents the service offerings Financial Accounting and Controlling, GRC and Application Maintenance. Within ConVista he is responsible for Accounting, Controlling, Law and Personnel Administration.

DANIEL NEUBIESER passed different national and international stations for one of the leading auditing companies after his studies in Business Management in Nurnberg. He represents the service offerings in the areas Policy and Product Management, Claims Management and Reinsurance. Internally he is responsible for the areas Marketing and Sales.

BERND OEHLEN continuously established a comprehensive knowledge of business processes through his almost 20 years of continual activities at insurance companies, participation and leadership of various projects in the fields of Accounting and Financial System and the GdV-project VAA (Insurance Application Architecture), as insurance salesman and IT-organizer. Within ConVista he is responsible for the service offerings Payments as well as Collections and Disbursements-Solution SAP FS-CD.

JÖRG RENGER studied Business Management at the University Erlangen-Nurnberg and Valencia. Since 2000 he has been working in different positions at a global insurance company. Firstly he started as a consultant in various European IT-projects and subsequently took over the position of Project Manager of international major projects. As a manager he was responsible for the field consulting for Southern Europe. At ConVista he is responsible for the SAP-based solutions for small and medium-sized companies of the insurance sector and the Project Management.

PETER RÜEGGER is general manager of ConVista Switzerland. He has been active in the insurance sector for more than 20 years, working nine years at SAP Switzerland AG. There he firstly managed different FS-ICM and FS-CD implementation projects and finally was responsible Consulting Manager for insurances. Peter Rüegger comprehensive experiences obtained through various SAP implementation projects and his in-depth knowledge about core processes of insurances and banks are going to be provided to our customers especially in the preparation of Implementation and Integration Strategies in complex application scenarios.”

NORBERT SCHROEDER is general manager of the subsidiary in South Africa. After his activity as Business Analyst and Project Manager in the automotive industry he focused on consulting of financial services companies. As the responsible architect of a leading system house he was significantly involved in the conception and realization of a model-driven Product Life Cycle Management-System for insurances. Norbert Schroeder showed great responsibility especially in the technical conception of SAP FS-ICM and the Consulting and Implementation projects connected to that at home and abroad.

DOMINIC TESTRUT is responsible for Global Business Services, Sales and Acquisition, Marketing and Public Relations. After his studies in industrial engineering for many years he has been working in different Management positions for international companies from the sectors insurance, IT and consulting at home and abroad.

SIEGFRIED TROIBER was involved in various consulting and implementation projects in the insurance sector after his studies in Business Management in Regensburg. At ConVista Siegfried Troiber is responsible for the SAP Partner Management.
