CAPITA is a leading business process outsourcing company in the UK. The work at CAPITA included a blueprint for the transfer of individual or complete core insurance processes to SAP. The technology platform at CAPITA was SAP for Insurance. ConVista's consultants assisted with the concept and realization of claims payments using SAP FS-CD and FS-CM.
