Efficient Processes from an Unbundling Perspective

Following informational unbundling at the Munich Stadtwerke GmbH there has been a huge change in their processes and requirements on employees for the related industry roles.

The project covered the optimization and design documentation of delivery start, delivery end and change in delivery processes at the SWM Versorungs GmbH, taking into account the separate systems. In addition the analogue processes of the monopolized businesses water and district heating also had to be mapped to the new system architecture.

The processes for basic services, alternative services and new business were redesigned and implemented.
