Project Chameleon - phase III

Enhanced the existing ICM implementation with archiving facilities and interfaced it to portfolio commission.

The existing implementation is split into several phases.

In the current phase - phase II - acquisition commission for life insurance was interfaced. In phase III, the portfolio maintenance commission for life and medical insurance will be set up. The final phase, phase IV, covers the following lines of business: general insurance, accident, liability, and car insurance.
