Systems managing intermediary disbursements play an important role within an organisation's IT landscape. They manage the communication and financial dealings with one of the most important business partners an insurance company has - the Broker. Against this backdrop, the replacement of the existing intermediary disbursements system also provided the opportunity to optimize the payment flows between the insurance company and the Broker, thereby improving broker billing.
