Replacement of the Commissions Account Management legacy system

Integration of the ConVista Commissions Desktop with FS-ICM to provide an account management system for commissions.

Using ICM as "single point of truth".

The old commissions management system was replaced by FS-ICM and the ConVista Commissions Desktop became the business users' main user interface. All commissions are posted and calculated in ICM. The ConVista Commissions Desktop is the tool for all information relating to payments and is also where users can create manual postings.

ConVista was able to ensure the success of the project, thanks to the extensive experience of our consultants, and their in-depth knowledge of the SAP solutions SAP Business Partner, SAP Collections and Disbursements, SAP Incentive and Commission Management, and SAP Solution Manager.
