Retrofit Life Insurance Claims Management in SAP FS-CM

Transfer of a Life Insurance Claims Customer Development Project (CDP) to the SAP FS-CM standard.

The customer development project (CDP) for claims management for life insurance at the Vienna Insurance Group was integrated into SAP-FS-CM standard. This included the classification, specification, and transfer of functionality from CDP to the SAP FS-CM standard. However, some functionality had to be developed from scratch. The main areas included claims distribution and the interface to the policy administration system SAP FS-PM.
