Elaboration of recommendations for a productive FS-CM system

The objective of this project has been a review of the productive SAP FS-CM implementation at Lloyds TSB Insurance.Within this project, ConVista has conducted an extensive system and process analysis and identified potential for improvement in the areas of customizing, interfaces, and in-house developments. For the above-mentioned areas, detailed recommendations for action have been developed, especially for the new releases of the internal products (P&C, building and credit insurance).

Key factors in the success of the project have been ConVista’s long-time experience, as well as the detailed knowledge of our consultants of SAP for insurance solution claims management (FS-CM).
