BCBS was the first medical insurance company in the USA to implement SAP FS-CD for several products.

There are many benefits for the insurer. BCBS is now in a position to work with the flexible charges rules, which are calculated in Pega. The processing of incoming payments has been completely automated. The following processes were optimised: group insurance invoicing, commission calculation, and commission payments. ConVista built customer web services for the creation of master data and transactional data.
