SAP FS-CD adaption and improvement of existing processes

Process analysis and implementation for health insurance

The FS-CD implementation took place within a project program in which the entire IT-landscape was renewed. In this context multiple surrounding systems were newly implemented such as administration of business partners, contract management, invoicing of services, printing equipment and printing archive. The corresponding interfaces were newly defined and adjusted to the increasing technical requirements during the project.

The implementation was designed and implemented for three subsidiaries. Furthermore the possibility had to exist to be able to integrate further subsidiaries with little effort.

For multiple technical requirements the SAP standard processes were used as a basis and only needed to be expanded when required. The connection to the various surrounding systems was able to be implemented despite changing technical requirements.
