FS-CD solution for claims payments and recoveries

An SAP FS-CD project (Touchstone) was undertaken for Zurich, a leading financial services organization.

The project focus was claim payments and recoveries, and covered multiple payment methods: BACS, Cheque, EFT. The solution included interfaces to claims systems via messaging services, integration with local and group SAP FI-CO systems, and an integrated claims workbench with multilple technologies.

As some of the processes were outsourced, ConVista's consultants trained both UK users and Polish shared service center staff.
