SAP Upgrade ECC 6.0

Data conversion to UNICODE - coaching

ConVista took on a coaching role for this project. This approach was taken in order to keep the costs of the upgrade as low as possible and to ensure that adequate know-how transfer took place from the consultant to the customer.

Taking this approach meant that the project was carried out in smaller teams, made up of team members from the customer side together with highly qualified consultants. The goal was to upgrade from release 4.64 to ECC 6.0. The project also covered the conversion to UNICODE.

ConVista was able to ensure the success of the project, thanks to the extensive experience of our consultants, and their in-depth knowledge of the SAP solutions "SAP Controlling" and "SAP Financial Asset Management".
