The main task of the project is the concentration of associated and affiliated entities of the Vienna Insurance Group on a common platform with standardized, uniform systems.

Within the framework of this consolidation, a uniform system for remuneration, in the form of the SAP FS-ICM module, had to be established and implemented. Apart from the harmonization and consolidation of payment models, the integration of new features was the main focus, for example, the connection to SAP's inventory management system (FS-PM), or the use of a resources allocation system (BZO).
