Feasibility study for the implementation of SAP FS-CD

DBV Winterthur was confronted with the question of whether or not SAP FS-CD was the right subledger solution for them.

ConVista was contracted to undertake a 3-month study, which would answer this question. The study covered issues such as direct collections, broker collections, group insurance, and co-insurance. The objective was to compare the insurer´s functional requirements with the functionality provided by the standard software package, and to estimate costs and the technical feasibility of the project.

ConVista was able to ensure the success of the project, thanks to the extensive experience of our consultants, and their in-depth knowledge of SAP Business Partner and SAP for Insurance Collections and Disbursements (FS-CD).
