Over the last few years, the IT landscape and the R+V has been substantially enhanced and renewed. The current status is rather technologically advanced, but in some areas there is still a need for improvement.

There was a need for improvement in one of the most important areas - sales force management.

The objective of the six months' study was to identify the benefits of a new commissions solution based on FS-ICM, including a cost and effort estimate.
